Several years ago, our founder, Sean Burke, faced a pivotal question: “Do you want your family to know you as the hard-driving entrepreneur who achieves at all costs? Or a kind and empathetic leader?”
The answer was obvious. As Sean began a simple, daily mindfulness practice, old patterns fell away. He felt ligher. Calmer. Friends and family who tried his approach soon experienced their own transformations. Sean knew he needed to share this solution with individuals and organizations – and CheckingIn was born.
