The month of June is all about Pride. While the traditional rainbow flag is an iconic symbol of this community, various new flags have surfaced over the years to improve awareness! All of these flags are a symbol of diversity, inclusion, and equality across the globe. While there has been immense progress in the acceptance of the LGBTQ2S+ community, much more progress needs to be made. Use this month to find ways to improve inclusion and diversity in the workplace!

June 6th, 1944, the largest seaborne invasion took place - Normandy Landings; code name Operation Neptune. 150,000 soldiers attacked German forces on the coast of Normandy, France, and claimed victory, making this the turning point in World War II.

World Ocean Day is all about raising awareness for the health and sustainability of our oceans. This day was founded in 1992 and from then on out, we have continued to find new ways to improve our oceans and marine life. This years theme, Revitalization: Collective Action for the Ocean calls on all of us to do our part.
