Important dates and employee engagement ideas for the month of June.

June is Pride Month!

The month of June is all about Pride. While the traditional rainbow flag is an iconic symbol of this community, various new flags have surfaced over the years to improve awareness! All of these flags are a symbol of diversity, inclusion, and equality across the globe. While there has been immense progress in the acceptance of the LGBTQ2S+ community, much more progress needs to be made. Use this month to find ways to improve inclusion and diversity in the workplace!
