Located in the Peace River Region of British Columbia, Lake View Credit Union (LVCU) is a financial institution committed to providing exceptional member experience and working as a leader in their community.
As an employer, LVCU understands that an investment in the health and wellbeing of their employees is also an investment in the community they serve. With changing working conditions and staff burnout, exhaustion and symptoms of stress on the rise, LVCU recognized the need for additional mental health support and wanted tot ry an innovative approach to address the mental wellbeing of their team.

Problem

Lack of a simple yet effective, confidential tool to support employee emotional wellbeing and mental health.
LVCU needed a solution that could help their employees build resilience and practice mindfulness on the go amidst changing conditions.
