Mindset Bootcamp Re-launch

October 18, 2022by Carissa Harrison in Announcements

CheckingIn finds great value in collaborating with other business owners we admire, which is why we have been working closely with Debbie Pearmain to bring you a 6-week group coaching experience!

Debbie Pearmain has worked with CEOs and leadership teams for over 25 years at more than 250 companies.

She has dedicated her career to consulting and coaching clients at every stage of their journeys. She works with businesses and individuals on creating mental health strategies that will take their performance to new heights. Debbie's understanding of human behaviour comes from her background in social work and human resources.

Throughout the duration of Mindset Bootcamp, your cohort will engage in weekly group coaching sessions that will guide you in creating positive habits and a personalized wellness strategy. The workshop will cover 6 key areas: mental health awareness, positive intelligence week 1, positive intelligence week 2, emotional intelligence, creating a well-being strategy, and forming effective habits.

Debbie brings positive energy to everything she does. This energy has been contagious within the CheckingIn team, and we can't wait for you to experience her spirit in the upcoming sessions.

Cohort 1 begins October 31st, 2022, at 8:15AM PST.
